4. Why do I need to deposit money (ZAR) to become a vendor?

Ensure that users who exchange their dollars for rands get paid without
delay.
Prevent fraud—vendors do not pay users directly to avoid situations
where a vendor runs away with users' dollars without paying rands.
5. How much do I need to deposit?

There is no fixed amount—you can deposit any amount you are comfortable
with. The more you deposit, the more transactions you can handle.

balance at any time.

Key) whenever needed through the Vendor Settings page.

Vendors earn 8% of the transaction amount
for each exchange they process.

No, all vendors charge the same rate and process transactions fairly,
ensuring equal earning opportunities for everyone. Vendors are processed in
a fair queue system, ensuring that transactions are handled sequentially
without direct competition

These fees may change in the future, but all vendors charge the same

15. Can I become a vendor later if I start as a normal user?

Yes! You can register as a normal user and later apply to become a vendor
anytime.

No. Vendors never pay users directly—the admin handles all payments to
ensure that every user receives their rands after exchanging dollars.
17. What happens if a vendor’s PayPal account is under review or
restricted?

The platform has multiple vendors, so transactions can still continue
without interruption even if one vendor's account is unavailable.
18. Can vendors pause their services?

Yes! If a vendor wants to pause transactions temporarily, they can do so
without permanently leaving the platform.
